The content on HMWorkout — including all exercises, workout plans, and nutritional information — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are over 60, have recently had surgery or injury, or are on medication — consult a qualified healthcare professional.
When you select health conditions during registration, our system automatically excludes exercises that are generally considered unsafe for those conditions, based on WHO guidelines. However, this is a general filter and does not constitute personalised medical advice. Your specific circumstances may differ from general guidelines.
All physical activity carries inherent risk. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience: chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, unusual pain or discomfort, heart palpitations, or any other concerning symptoms.
Food plans and calorie data are estimates based on standard nutritional databases. Consult a registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have diabetes, kidney disease, food allergies, or are on a special diet prescribed by a doctor.
When we say exercises are "WHO-approved", we mean they align with the WHO 2020 Global Guidelines on Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour. This refers to exercise types and intensity categories, not to individual exercises reviewed by WHO.
Use of HMWorkout does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. We are a fitness technology platform, not a medical provider.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this platform for emergency guidance.
