By creating an account and using HMWorkout ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 10 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period. There are no auto-renewals. No refunds after purchase unless a technical error prevented access. If a payment gateway error occurs, contact support within 7 days.
Each paid referral must be a unique, new customer. Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension and removal of earned rewards. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, share account credentials, or use the service for commercial resale without written permission.

All content — exercises, food plans, code, and design — is owned by HMWorkout. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
HMWorkout is not liable for injuries, health events, or damages resulting from use of the Service. Use at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of our registered business.
